At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your tile selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for unused, boxed materials in their original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Secure the Packaging
Carefully repackage the tiles in their original manufacturer boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return label and ship the items back to our central distribution center using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage and verifies the quantity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
